Counter Suggestion for New Nespresso/Keurig Units Below Counter

The popularity of Keurigs and Nespressos has
prompted the consideration of a base unit that
can optimize counter space without looking
at ugly cords stretched across counters.

Also, OBC code mandates a GFCI outlet
if water is within 36" of the operation of
an electrical coffeemaker or kettle.

We are always looking for sketch ideas
and suggestions to refine and save clients
save countertop space and have something
unique that no one else has as of yet.

Form sometimes follows function and vice-versa !

Lexington Shaker Kitchen Custom Built by ColorScapes

We built the below cabinetry and boxes
for just under $3500.00. We were able to reuse
the lower cabinet boxes and reface with new
Canadian Maple doors (3/4" thickness 2.25 rail
and stile). The upper boxes are brand new
and are 3/4 maple sides, 1/2" ply backers.
Our custom Lexington Shaker profiles are a hot
look right now as the modern trend is away from
the curved Glendale and Cathedral arches.

P.S. We beat out Home Depot by 45% on price
      on a similar Kraft Maid profile. We also beat
      their time frame by 10 weeks....!

Current Tranformations - Stoney Creek Project

We find many clients lately opting for brighter kitchens
especially in"light" of the new CFL bulb movement.
On this project, client was tired of the "butter pecan"
look and reaching for mid-height hardware handles.

We did our usual best to refinish, reposition and
deliver a pleasing result.

Colour: SW 7064 Passive (Light Silver Grey)
            4 coat process including filling previous positions

Hardware: Amerock Brushed Nickel Knob Pulls

We also added 4 custom glass lited doors, which another company
that we competed against said they could not do...we custom
routered and retained the multi-profile lip edge on the front of
the door. Ask us why we love Freud router fences and Craftex Shapers.
