cutting, not to mention the formaldehyde
solvented primers some shops use to
prime the doors...)

These doors are solid one-piece
3/4" Canadian Select Maple from
Tamarack Lumber and Supply
shaped right here in our
Burlington shop. Some were
CNC routered and some done
by hand on a template to work up
a good old-fashioned sweat.

75.00 per door finished and installed !
No one touches our prices because of
our low overhead and quality installation.

Refinished in Target 40 Sheen WB Lacquer
Also added custom routered valances, mini tapered crown mould and deep
fridge cabinet box (28") for a nominal fee. Also did the bath vanity
cabinetry to update to a modern look.

 We have paid attention to every manufacturer tip along the way

and also passed on our knowledge to others in the wood coatings

and spray finishing industry. Although we are a small company

and want to stay that way, our work rivals any finish line production

facility because at the end of the day, it is after all a hand applied

lacquering process which TRUMPS any automated machine line.

A machine line does not own a pair of eyes and cannot make a judgement

as to proper film thicknesses of coatings.  This is why the art of

cabinetmaking will always stay an art. Leave the machines for

lifting panels and simple shaping operations.
