When in St.Catharines....Another Dove White !

Today we picked up 32 cabinet doors for refinishing in old downtown St. Catharines,
Which of course necessitated a trip to
Beechwood Donuts on St. Paul St.

Check out these Bad Boys....!!! All that's
missing is a nice 10 bar espresso...:)

Great Donuts...Hit the Monster !

The fighter pilots that train at Miramar
And NAS Oceana swear by a couple morning
donuts with black coffee pre-training flights.
Reason being its close to being a perfect complex carb/protein ratio for clear thinking.
