Red Oak Conversion to Off-White Lacquer
Our client gave us the challenge of coming up
with a nice refinish solution for aged dark walnut
varnished cabinetry (red oak/walnut stain/clear).
When I was asked how much deglossing and sanding
we do, the picture above gives you an idea of why
you are paying for our services. We ensure all doors
have zero sheen or trace varnish left - every door is
hand oscillated/sanded and vacuumed to bare condition
so that waterborne surfacers and lacquers achieve
an excellent adhesion value.
Client has chosen ICI Dulux Remain Neutral in a
Semi-Gloss WB Lacquer.
Pics to follow once complete !
Great thanks to Ben A. for the project.
