Great thanks to Tim Gerrior at Royal Lepage for a recent referral that enabled a client
to sell for 28% higher than market list price in Glen Abbey.

4 bedroom, 3 bath homes with double car garages go for 832k in Glen Abbey (2600 sqft2).
It's a hot and vibrant market with sellers motivated to update and move to bigger and
better...

Cabinetry was dated spiced oak
And finished in Cloud White really brightened and
updated the kitchen.

The hottest listings have bright cabinetry and updated hardware. The era of Golden
Oak and Spice cabinetry is gone.
