Refinishing done in Simply White, a Ben Moore
colour. Also added crown topper for a little
extra marketability. Finished in Waterborne
Akvatopp Lacquer in Semi-Gloss Finish.

House staged and sold by Remax, great thanks
to Abouttowne Realty for the project.
