It's the time of year when homes sell for the highest
values assuming all the staging and painting work
has been done....!
If you follow renovation shows, Flip or Flop with
Tarek and Christina is a huge hit for some pretty
dead-on accuracies in the realities of the renovation
game. They don't sugarcoat the real expenses of renovation And know which projects are going to make the biggest impact pre-sale. Pulling permits, getting accurate and fair bids, and completing the work on time and budget is very well documented in this HGTV creation. A lot of contractors think
they can flip homes in Halton on a shoestring budget and this is where you see a lot of mistakes being made, corners being cut and a lack of understanding about timelines and fair trades prices.
As any educated contractor will tell you,
getting flip tabbed by a "project manager"
client who is getting 9-10 bids and seeking
lowest price, is the client you should run
far and fast away from. The lowest bid guy is
the guy planning to cut corners, use subs and
the first to make a mess of a project.
