Basement Renovation for under 25K, Pre-MLS sale completed !

We recently completed a full basement makeover
for a repeat client of ours in Orangeville.

Here's what we did:

Redrywalled (after a basement flood)
Installed sump pump
Ceiling and 5" baffle potlights
Custom maple pillars to enclose I-beam and steel support poles
Staircase refinishing
Custom routed baseboards in solid poplar (no finger joint garbage trim)
Wall painting and Level 5 drywall finishing (no visible marks/tool ridges etc)
Replacement of pickets with Prestige Rail Kit
Installed interior 800 Series Colonial Doors and Above Transom Lite Glass

Great thanks to the Turner family !

This home did not make it to MLS as it was sold pre-market !!!

Cabinets upstairs are next !!!
