In looking at the picture you might ask yourself

why do they not cut straight down the middle
of a 48" wide Uniboard. Here's why:

Uniboard is not straight edged on one-side
and is rarely a perfect 48" width.

Most uniboard arrives with dents from handling
on one-side due to forklifts etc.

Accurate is when you define the right angle !

Did we mention we bought a Gannomat
 Line Borer...wow its fast ! It will bore
two pocket Euro Hinge standard in less
than 6 seconds !

We looked at Thermwood 100k plus
CNC cut centers and decided those
machines require way too much
shop cost and footprint for what its
most valuable for, automating uniboard
cuts,pre-dowels and rabbeted edges. We don't
believe in the MDF door manufacturing
because it requires unsafe toxic primers
and basecoats which takes any cabinet
maker right back into dangerously solvented
(MEK) primers and topcoats. NO THANKS !
There is a reason that VOC legislation was
introduced, to protect workers and people
installing cabinetry and painting on site.
