Golf Mural Pricing and Installation

We received an inquiry from a client asking about
custom golf themed mural installation.

We do not "mark-up" the mural from suppliers.
You pay invoice cost and we charge labour only for the install !
If we have to remove or reshape drywall bulkheads or crown moulding
our usual 1.50 per sqft2 applies. Most murals are pre-pasted but
we will add additional adhesive to problem corners at no charge.

Murals require 10-12 days shipping time (Fedex/UPS).

Example: 8foot ceiling - 12 foot mural width - 96 sqft2
at 1.50 per sqft2 we would charge $144.00 to install the mural.

At current, ColorScapes can mobilize to provide painting
and small renovation services in the following regions:

Halton and Southern Ontario
Pennsylvania and West Virginia
North Carolina (Raleigh and Piedmont Triad- Coastal Regions
Georgia
Florida (West Palm and Daytona/St Augustine Regions)

Note: We do not service the Pacific Northwest area
due to exorbitant flight costs.

All clients are aware that we require two week lead
notice to book in with us and provide travel deposit surety.

All tools and items that we cannot purchase locally are air-freighted in
via Pelican tote to the regional Fedex hub location - we can stage
within 2 weeks notice for clients that are prompt with deposits for booked projects.

This spring we are offering an early booking special on all
exterior painting projects....call us for details....

We specialize in heights work, difficult to reach eaves
and soffits - repairs/caulking and light shingle replacement
in addition to paint work.

Pick your colours, book two weeks in advance and receive
a 20% discount over our normal prices.

Note: Clients must pick all final colours prior to booking projects.

Our client on Sutton Dr. went for a dark
American Cherry NGR Spray
Stain on kitchen cabinets and we clear
coated with BA Akvaline 40
from Becker Acroma. Total cost: $1450.00

We also built a small laundry locker
hideway with a sound damper.

Kitchen Wall Colour: Wishes (ICI Palette)
Laundry Locker (Arctic White - Sherwin Williams)
Locker doors routered in shop from 5/8"
solid pine (no clamp glued slat boards used).
The locker frees up the mud room for a nice
side office for the next buyer !
