Great thanks to Hilary and Dan for assisting in the staging of this

home for sale on Hamilton Mountain.

Cabinet Project: $2700.00 - Kitchen and Bath

Walls/Trim: $459.00 - Living Room

Cabinets were de-installed, sprayed in shop and rehung after 7 days -

we beat out a competitor by 30% on price and 50% over a local

cabinet shop who quoted refacing !

Exterior Staging - Garage Doors/Trim/Windows

We completed a quick turnaround for

a client seeking an exterior paint staging

for quick sale in Millcroft.

Great thanks to Graham G. for the

project.

We completed two garage doors, side entry

door, 5 exterior windows and front door

for just under $1900.00 using SW Duration

Satin - a great high build acrylic coating

that is self-priming and available in limitless

colour choices.

We also recoated the driveway with

Dural Airport Grade asphalt emulsion.

Homeowner is a busy professional

with 70+ hour work weeks and has

no time or inclination to pick up

a paint brush or spend 500.00 on the

tools required to complete the job, especially

when considering a transfer to the U.S. !

This is where we excel and assist in the

staging process !

We were recently questioned by a few prospective
clients about why we did not have expandable
hi-resolution photos on our blog. The answer
is this....most internet connections have difficulty
loading a blog with highly detailed photo work,
thus leading to slow load times and general
difficulty viewing and reading our blog - we
try whenever possible to keep file sizes
to a minimum so that the blog loads quickly
and is easily navigable.
