All Cabinet/Millwork projects completed with KCMA Certified Lacquers

We often get asked as to what is the
best coating/lacquer to use on kitchen millwork and cabinetry.

The answer is the product we use is Certified and Approved
by a leading KCMA (Kitchen Cabinet and Millwork Association)
testing authority - WE DO NOT recommend Benjamin Moore
Advance, AURA or any other trim paint because it will NOT meet
edge soak, mar resistance, common kitchen liquid resistance
and cleaning specifications.

Any company painting cabinets with regular architectural house
paints for baseboards is misinformed and will suffer from repeated
callbacks for repaint and wear and tear breakdown.

Regular paints do not harden enough, stick or adhere properly and
will not stand up to repeated wiping and cleaning. If you have
painted your cabinetry with these products you will be repainting
every year or every second year to maintain a decent look.

If you don't believe us, take a cabinet down, place a hot cup of coffee
or better yet, spill some coffee or ketchup on the cabinet surface and
see how well it cleans off after a 30 second dwell time. We guarantee
our lacquered finishes are 10 times better than trim house paint. The
lacquer finish always cleans better and is more stain resistant than
regular trim paints.
