Happy Homeowners with Maximum Resale !

We recently assisted a homeowner
With refinishing both kitchen and bath cabinetry in
Scholars Common Burlington,On.

16 months post finish, the owners received
a fantastic resale value in excess of 700k in less than 3 yrs of cosmetic upgrades !

The upgrades done are what we would call the Magic Five :

1. Refinishing the Kitchen to a Modern Clean White or Off White (shows better, larger, brighter !)
2. Upgrading to hardwood flooring over builder tile or cheapy 8mm floor
3. Eliminating clutter by getting a storage unit - unsightly clutter reduces showing potential
4. Upgraded vanities and bath fixtures
5. Fresh coats of current trend colour paints from Sherwin Williams, Ben Moore or PPG Dulux

Follow the above 5 core processes and you WILL GET MAXIMUM resale potential.
Its really not rocket science, but its difficult to do all of this and work a 50-60hr work week if
you are what we call corporately overemployed - ie. they will fire you if you don't put in
a 7-7 work day and get paid for 45. ! (Thanks Mike Harris)

Clients hire us to do cabinet refinishing and wall painting because they don't have the time, the tools and don't want the dust in their houses. !! You should see the look on their faces when they
make full bank on resale...it's highly rewarding to hear of cases where clients are making in excess of 200-300,000 in equity in 24-26 months. Refinishing a kitchen is just one more cornerstone in the build-up. Take a good look at those cabinet doors and bases, are they tired old grainy dinosaurs ?

The great thing ? Our refinish price was just
under $2200.00 and we gave the client a $250.00 Best Buy Gift card as thanks for the project

We also did valances and mini crown toppers in addition to a custom extended fridge box.

Refinishing is always win-win when staging to
sell your home for maximum resale.!

The job was completed Dec 2016 and is listed in our December archive of projects.

So happy for our repeat clients Tim and Luke !

Anyone for a Snowfield Slate Off -White ?
