Basement Kitchen Project

Relocating a basement kitchen vent airway is not always
an easy task, but we got the job done all the same.

Before you start cutting into someone's ceiling , it helps
to make sure you drill some exploratory holes before
you get that reciprocating saw humming - hidden wires
and gas line pipe are common on exterior walls and this
you have to watch for when doing any kind of work
in the ceiling. Taking it slow and doing it right is our
way of doing things....

And you can bet there was a gas line pipe
coming into this ceiling from the east elevation
service line. We knew we'd find one there
because the gas meter is on that side of the home !

As always great thanks to our clients Bruno & Jane !
